This mirror was exquisite to begin with, the frame of the mirror being adorned with raised flowers that can only be described as magnificent, but since it had a broken mirror, I decided to make a mosaic where the mirror was. This was a plate that I had hanging in one of my daughters rooms, but I think it fell and broke from a door being slammed(sound familiar anyone?). The pieces that surround this portrait are from a hand painted Limoges plate that I just could not bring myself to discard after its demise, and together with the pink grout, they all just look stunning. Measures 10" x 5 1/4"
